Meteors went into the game knowing they had to play the whole game with only 10 players due to Covid restrictions, the lads turned up with their game faces on. Having no recognised GK, Finley Lincoln (CM) and Harvey Barrow (LW) put their hands up to play between the sticks for half a game each. Others had to play out of their usual positions too.

The lads were asked to retain possession and play a passing game. "Let ball do the work". They did just that with good communication and vision thrown in. Coaches Andrew, Jamie and Paul didn't need to do much coaching, just a little encouragement. It was good to see the lads play for each other and come off the field with big smiles on their faces, after a job well done.
